Before they knew it, they couldn't stop the remote from fast-forwarding, and they completely lost control of their lives and missed their kids growing up. There's a scene where he finally gets control again, and he's in the hospital... His kids are leaving in the rain, and he takes himself off life support to go and chase them... then he dies and they can't even hear him because the rain is too loud.</span></p>
